I have been up to my elbows in a lot of different projects lately and one of them has been the fermenting of Mead.
Mead has been real high on my priority list and I have been brewing up quite a bit of this delicious honey wine. (I have been experimenting with different holiday flavors like raspberry and orange-cinnamon.)
You might have heard of mead or you might be wondering what it is; well, its wine fermented with honey rather than grapes and it is quite delicious.
